  • You can add hours at any time or upgrade to a higher tier if your workload grows.

Do unused hours roll over?

  • Hours are available for use within a 15-day cycle and reset at the start of each new period. This keeps projects moving efficiently while maintaining consistent availability.

Do you offer per-project support instead of a monthly package?

  • Yes. While our packages are designed for ongoing collaboration, we also offer per-project drafting and design support for studios or clients with defined scopes. Reach out to discuss your project and we’ll recommend the best approach.

Can the hours be used across multiple projects?

  • Absolutely, most clients split their hours between active and upcoming work.

What if I need more support one month?

  • You can add hours or upgrade tiers at any time.

 What happens if I don’t need all of the services included?

  • Our packages are intentionally flexible. If you don’t require every service in a given cycle, we can customize your support based on your studio’s needs or adjust toward a more project-based structure.

What happens if I don’t use all 20 hours?

  • Yes. Drawings can be formatted, refined, or elevated to fit your studio’s presentation style.

How do we communicate?

  • We’ll meet once a month via Zoom and communicate day-to-day through email or your preferred platform.
